Meditation is the process to transcend the waves of the mind. It is the art of breaking through the habits and the patterns of behaviour, of purifying the mind and the subconscious. Meditating is exploring the contact with our most intimate Self, reaching the central core of our existence where the truth is the only identity and breathes through us.
Meditating gives a sense of peace, well being and stability; it develops intuition; removes fears and unconscious habits; enhances the ability to concentrate and promotes efficiency; develops mental clarity, awareness and the capacity to stay in the present; deeply uproots stress from its origin.
