The Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 2 offers five modules of six days each. The themes of the moduels are: Conscious Communication, Authentic Relationships, Life Cycles and Life Styles, Mind and Meditation, Vitality and Stress.
The Nidhaan School offers these modules as intensive residential courses.
